Award winning builder has an immediate need for an experienced residential superintendent.
To provide excellent customer service and produce efficient and effective results in three primary areas: 1) pre-construction planning, permits and scheduling, 2) producing projects on time and in budget, 3) submit regular and accurate job progress reports as required.

Maintain daily communication with Project Manager, General Superintendent and trade partners regarding work schedules and back-logs …stay informed at all times
4.
Clearly define and communicate Quality and Safety expectations to Production staff, Trade Partners, and Visitors to site
5.
Attend pre-construction meetings and site visits as required (see pre-construction process)
6.
Be proactive in the handoff between sales/marketing and production, to ensure that all pertinent construction details are clearly followed
7.
Shop and maintain an accurate account of materials purchased for projects, document Billing codes for these items
8.
Develop and train production staff and Trade Partners to operate at highest efficiency and accountability, make sure project expectations are clearly defined, communicated and followed
9.
Assist Office Manager with permit Applications and complete all required pre-construction functions
10.
Proactive scheduling of subs, production staff and material deliveries
11.
Collaborate with other departments regularly to overcome obvious or impending production problems and/or delays
12.
Complete and submit weekly production report (3-week schedules) to Project manager and General Superintendent and be prepared to substantiate all numbers and % of completion estimates
13.
Update job logs (Daily Reports) and upload along with current job photos to Microsoft 365 weekly
14.
Communicate weekly progress, work scheduled for upcoming week and 3-5 progress photos to Owner, Architect, Designer and Staff.
15.
Turn in job folders to Office Manager for all completed jobs, including start and finish dates, and signed (by customer) job completion/evaluation forms within three days of job completion
16.
Develop and implement new production systems and strategies on an ongoing basis to increase efficiency and productivity
17.
Attend staff meetings and training as required
18.
Continue to evaluate and verify processes and recommend improvements in company meetings when opportunities present themselves
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
