Long Cove Club is actively seeking a dynamic Concierge to elevate the experience of our esteemed Long Cove Club Members.
Serving as the primary liaison for all club members, the Concierge will deliver unparalleled service, guaranteeing prompt and efficient fulfillment of members' needs.
Key responsibilities encompass managing reservations, cultivating seamless communication across various departments, and executing administrative tasks aimed at enriching the overall member experience.
* Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM, with occasional weekend availability.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Products and Canva is required.
* Prior experience with Jonas and JAM (Jonas Activity Management) is preferred.
_Play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable experiences to our esteemed members at Long Cove Club!_ _Discover insights into the Club industry_ *Responsibilities:* * Serve as the primary contact for all Long Cove Club members, offering information and assistance with professionalism and grace.
* Handle phone calls, schedule meetings, and oversee dining/event reservations, documenting requests and ensuring timely responses.
* Welcome and greet visitors at the Clubhouse entrance warmly, creating a positive first impression.
* Collaborate with team members to assist members with reservations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, front entrance, and workstation, ensuring adequate supplies for members and guests.
* Assist in scheduling activities and meetings for Member Clubs, coordinating with the Event Coordinator.
* Facilitate member requests by liaising between departments, ensuring efficient communication and resolution.
* Provide personalized assistance to members and guests, including business services and concierge requests.
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of LCC member amenities, events, and benefits, assisting members with bookings and usage.
* Assist the Membership Director with the new member onboarding process.
* Assist with Club Communications such as email marketing tasks throughout the week.
* Perform any additional duties as assigned.
*Requirements:* * Detail-oriented and professional.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
* Proficient in Canva.
* Proficient using Jonas and JAM (Jonas Activity Management) is preferred.
* Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
* Ability to work independently and reliably.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability when interacting with others.
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate.
* A minimum of one year of experience in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
