Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the front staff, and payroll.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
- Oversee the hiring and training of new employees

- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Skills:
- Proven experience in shift management and restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit for the team
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise in the restaurant
- Previous experience in food service management is preferred
