Description: Transport Driver - Temporary (November 2023 to May 2024) This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our prestigious team at the Colleton River Club and help provide safe and reliable transportation services to our valued employees.
Duties: · Safely transport groups of employees in a timely manner (From residence to work and back home) · Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with any needs or inquiries.
· Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
· Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and report any issues or concerns.
· Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including individuals with disabilities or special needs.
· Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
We offer competitive pay rates and flexible schedules.
Pay Rate: $20.
00 per hour.
Work Schedule: · The need for driving in the evenings (1pm onward) is most crucial.
· Shift may start as early as 5am and end as late as 11pm.
· Driving services are needed 6 days per week (Mondays off) · The selected candidate will be able to use their unpaid free time in between driving as they choose.
Requirements: Requirements: · Valid driver's license with a clean driving record · Commercial driving experience preferred (e.
g.
, limousine, bus, shuttle) but not necessary.
· Ability to lift heavy objects (e.
g.
, luggage, equipment) as needed.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills · Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations - Familiarity with paratransit or school bus driving is a plus.
· Must be available to drive in the evenings.
