Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with client services, office administration and supporting portfolio managers to ensure a positive client experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process account administration requests from clients and portfolio managers, resolve inquiries, and provide guidance to ensure key information and documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Prepare account paperwork and verify account maintenance items, maintain account information, organize, scan and maintain all client files, evaluate the day-to-day activities for continuous improvement, coordinate and assist with set up of client events/seminars,
Provide telephone coverage, make business travel arrangements, coordinate client meetings, prepare travel expense reports, perform regular file and calendar maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance or another relevant field and a Series 65 license is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire as a condition of employment
Experience: Five years of relevant client services experience required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
