With a portfolio of luxury properties and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Services and Administrative Assistant.
*Position Overview:* As a Guest Services and Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vacation rental business.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with a variety of guest, owner, vendor, and property related tasks, and supporting various aspects of daily operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with guests from all over the world while contributing to the success of our company.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures * Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person * Assist the Guest Services Manger and Managing Director with reservations and communication * Assist with property inspections and maintenance and repair follow up * Prepare guest welcome packets and ensure accommodations directives are communicated * Act as the voice and face of BESTNEST over the phone, via email, and in person * Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional guest experiences—every day is different! *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and very good to excellent computer skills * Knowledge of Hilton Head Island and surrounding areas is a must *Benefits:* * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company * Friendly and supportive work environment * Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance plan If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we invite you to apply for the Guest Services and Administrative Assistant position at BESTNEST by Beverly Serral Vacation Rentals.
