Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries, providing information about our services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception area
- Perform night audit duties as needed, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in client information and financial transactions
