RMC Resort Management is currently hiring for a full-time Hotel Customer Service Rep to be a part of our energetic hospitality team in the Hilton Head Island, SC area.
This hospitality position earns a competitive wage of $17 per hour to start.
This position works Tuesday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm.

DAY-TO-DAY
As a Hotel Customer Service Rep, you play a huge role in our business.
Before our guests set foot in our resort, you provide them with the VIP treatment.
They put their trust in you as you tailor their stay and book their vacation rentals.
Once their reservations are made, you prepare pre-arrival letters and put together check-in packages.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you warmly welcome them and efficiently check them in as they arrive.
Committed to providing the best experience from start to finish, you also take service requests when issues arise and ensure the completion of all work orders.
Your customer service skills shine through as you conduct pre- and post-arrival hospitality calls to ensure our guests are 100% satisfied.
In addition to interacting with our guests, you also set up and attend social functions for our owners.
Always an excellent communicator, you regularly interact with both our owners and guests electronically as well as during meetings.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Ability to work on the weekends
Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC
Hospitality experience would be a plus! Hotel, vacation ownership, or vacation rental experience would also be beneficial.
Residency in Beaufort County is preferred, but we will consider all qualified candidates.
