*Job Overview:* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial and Owner Services Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping or accounting and possess the skills necessary to manage financial transactions, communicate effectively with property owners, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Financial Management:*
* Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
* Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Process state and local tax disburesments.
* *Owner Services:*
* Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
* Collaborate with owners to ensure accurate representation of their properties and address any concerns.
* Coordinate repair and maintenance needs, as well as guest of owner needs, with the appropriate staff members.
* *Reporting and Analysis:*
* Generate financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
* Conduct analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* *Compliance:*
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Assist in preparing documentation for audits, as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus, but not required.
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Customer service experience a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ESCAPIA software is highly desired.
