*Job Overview*: The Bookkeeping Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of our clients.
This position is responsible for processing payrolls via QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Bookkeeping:
* Utilize QuickBooks to record financial transactions for clients accurately.
* Prepare financial reports using data from the books.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
* Compliance and Record-Keeping:
* Assist with the preparation of relevant tax documents and reports.
* Confidentially and securely maintain records and financial information
* Service Guidelines
* Professionally, courteously, and confidentially collaborate with clients to collect necessary financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
* Agreeably coordinate with other team members, including CPAs and tax professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.
*Qualification*s:
* Expert proficiency in QuickBooks accounting.
* Proven bookkeeping experience preferably in a CPA firm or related financial services setting.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients' needs, and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
