We are looking for an Accounts Payables Clerk/Administrative Assistant to fill an upcoming open position.
MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH COMPUTERS!! (Preferably MAC/Apple Products).
The right candidate is sharp, computer savvy, self starter, organized, reliable, & can work well within a team and on their own.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
* Using QuickBooks to reference payments to vendors (Amounts & Invoice Numbers).
* Monitor check register provided by CFO/Office Manager & complete checks & balances in checkbook.
* Must be able to write a check correctly & fill in check register.
* Occasionally, picking up customer payments or other errands (using a company vehicle).
* Bank runs to deposit customer payments (using company vehicle).
* Must be familiar with Apple versions of Microsoft Office Products (Apple Number - MS Excel, Apple Pages - MS Word, etc.
)
* Schedule will include coverage at our 2nd office location down the road (schedule will be coordinated).
* Facilitate in maintaining billing spreadsheet at the 2nd office location.
* Misc duties: Scanning documents to CFO/Office Manger, filing, answering phones, monitoring email, distributing information when needed, other duties as assigned.
Looking to hire and begin training on March 11th.
