Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is now hiring an entry level full time Automotive Accounting Clerk at our Bluffton location.
The overview of this position is as follows but not limited: Responsibilities: Post payables invoices daily Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements Prepare accounts for payments verify data in system follow up on past due accounts Accounts Receivable-print monthly statements Call vendors for outstanding receivables Record new and used vehicle purchases Processing daily deposit We offer excellent pay, with benefits and bonus program with opportunity for advancement.
